During business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00 CET), we typically respond within 1–3 hours. Messages received outside business hours are answered the next business day.
Ideally: the source document (or word count), source and target language(s), desired deadline, and any special requirements (sworn translation, specific terminology, etc.). The more details, the more accurate the quote.
We accept virtually all formats: Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, XML, XLIFF, InDesign, and more. For scanned documents, we can handle OCR processing as well.
Yes. We provide sworn translations for official documents such as birth certificates, diplomas, contracts, and court documents. These are certified by a sworn court interpreter and carry legal validity.
