We accept multiple payment methods to make it easy for clients anywhere in the world to pay for our translation services. All invoices are issued in EUR.

SEPA bank transfer
The fastest and most cost-effective option for clients in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland. SEPA transfers in EUR carry no additional fees and typically arrive within 1 business day. Simply use the IBAN and reference number from your invoice.
International wire transfer (SWIFT)
For clients outside the SEPA zone. Use our SWIFT/BIC code and IBAN from your invoice. Processing takes 2–5 business days. Any bank fees or currency conversion costs are borne by the sender.
PayPal & card payment
Pay instantly with PayPal or any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). No PayPal account needed — select “Pay with card” at checkout. Ideal for sworn translations and smaller projects.

Invoicing entity
All invoices are issued by ATE Globalis d.o.o., Štihova ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Reg. no.: 1467719000. VAT ID: SI 36643017.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 14 days from invoice date. For new clients and sworn translations, advance payment or payment upon delivery may be required. Pro forma invoices available on request.
EU VAT & reverse charge
For B2B services to VAT-registered businesses in other EU member states, the reverse charge mechanism applies (EU Directive 2006/112/EC). Provide your VAT number when requesting a quote.
PayPal fees
PayPal transaction fees are borne by ATE Globalis d.o.o. and are not added to your invoice. You pay exactly the invoiced amount.
International transfer fees
For non-SEPA (SWIFT) transfers, bank fees, intermediary charges, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend SHA (shared) payment instruction.
Data protection
We do not store payment or card information. Online payments are processed via PayPal (PCI DSS Level 1). Data handled per our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

We accept SEPA bank transfers, international wire transfers (SWIFT), PayPal, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal checkout.
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) enables EUR transfers across 36 European countries with no additional fees. If your bank is in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can use SEPA — it works just like a domestic transfer.
No. On the PayPal checkout page, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to pay directly with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex without creating a PayPal account.
No. Transaction fees are covered by us. You pay exactly the amount on your invoice.
All invoices are issued in EUR (€). If paying from a non-EUR account, your bank converts at their prevailing rate.
Yes. We can issue a pro forma invoice for advance payment. This is standard for new clients and sworn translations.
For B2B services, the reverse charge mechanism applies — no Slovenian VAT is added. Provide your valid VAT number when requesting a quote.
Yes. We never see or store card details. All online payments go through PayPal’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure with full SSL encryption.
